The most memorable gatherings aren't just beautiful—they help people connect. For decades, I've designed fundraising events, celebrations, and community experiences that bring people together. Along the way, I discovered that it's often the unexpected details that people remember most—handcrafted decorations, imaginative themes, and delightful surprises. One of my personal favorites was an event I curated that transformed an ordinary venue into a whimsical chocolate wonderland, where guests were surrounded by props that were either crafted from chocolate or so realistic that they looked delicious enough to eat.

Today, that same spirit of creativity inspires The Traveling Teapot Experience. As an environmental advocate, vintage collector, and lifelong maker (including a weird specialty in pinata making), I'm passionate about giving beautiful objects a second life. Our collection of mismatched vintage china allows each gathering to be elegant, distinctive, and a little kinder to the planet.

Based in Long Beach, The Traveling Teapot brings boutique tea party experiences to homes, gardens, churches, clubs, and other venues throughout the area. ​Whether you're celebrating a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, holiday, or simply gathering friends around the table, my hope is that every guest leaves feeling welcomed, inspired, and grateful for time spent together.​    -- Terri M.
