For Tea Party Packages for 12 or more

Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are included in all tea party packages for 12 or more guests within Long Beach, Seal Beach, and Los Alamitos.

​

Events outside these service areas may be subject to an additional travel fee based on distance.

​

For most weekend events, delivery is made on Friday before your event, with pickup on Monday after your event. If your event requires same-day delivery and pickup or another schedule, please contact Traveling Teapot Experience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

For Smaller Tea Parties & Rental-Only Orders

​

For tea parties with fewer than 12 guests or for customers renting individual items, pickup and return by the customer is available by appointment.

If you prefer that we handle delivery, setup, and pickup, this service can be added for a flat fee of $150.

​

Rental-only orders include a 24-hour rental period, unless another arrangement has been made in advance. Items not returned by the agreed-upon date and time will incur a late fee of 25% of the rental cost for each additional day they are kept.

Customer Pickup & Returns

All customer pickups and returns are by appointment only.

​

Please return all items in the containers provided. If you need additional time or a different pickup or return schedule, simply let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Preparing Items for Return

​

Our vintage china and serving pieces are carefully selected and require gentle handling.

​

Please:

• Rinse all dishes and serving pieces after use.

• Do not wash any vintage china or teaware in a dishwasher.

• Return all items packed in their designated containers.​

 

If our driver arrives for pickup and items have not been repacked into their containers, a $75 repacking and cleanup fee will be added to your invoice.
